Someone's in my Resident parking space

If enabled an your community, Zark offers free digital tow card services in the app. This allows you to report any unauthorized vehicle in your space with a few clicks, informing your Property Management team and/or Towing Partner of the incident.

To report an illegally parked vehicle in your resident space, visit the Zark app and tap "Someone's in my space" on your Resident parking space from the Zark dashboard to report the vehicle. We will immediately alert your community management team and start the process to remove the vehicle.

If your community has enabled tow request management, we will notify the towing partner of the incident so they can dispatch an agent to collect the illegally parked vehicle. The Zark app will notify you of any action items you need to complete on your end to complete the request.

If tow request management is not enabled and you need immediate action you can contact your community manager directly.

If you do not see your resident space in the dashboard, learn how to access your resident account.

If the "Someone's in my space" option is not available to you, your community did not authorize residents to report issues on their assigned parking space through Zark. To resolve the matter please contact your leasing office directly for assistance.
