Troubleshooting: Why Can't I See My Resident Parking Space?

Your resident parking space should appear automatically when you log in with the email address linked to your leasing team.

If you're an existing resident and can't see your assigned parking space on your Zark dashboard, don't worry! This is usually an easy fix:

  1. Verify Your Login Email: You must log in to Zark using the exact email address your leasing team has on file for you. This is how we verify your residency and automatically populate your resident parking space.
  2. Re-Login: Try logging out of the Zark app completely and then logging back in using your resident email. Your space should now display on your Zark dashboard.
  3. Still Missing? Contact Support: If your space still doesn't show, please email support@zarkhq.com with the following information so we can assist you promptly: Your community name, Unit number, and the email address you're using to login!
