# Understanding Lease-Assigned Parking through Zark

## Learn how Zark supports and clarifies the use of your lease-assigned parking space.

For many residents, your parking experience includes a dedicated lease-assigned space. Zark works seamlessly with these assignments to enhance your overall parking convenience.

### How Zark Supports Your Lease-Assigned Space:

- **Visibility:** Your lease-assigned space may be displayed on your Zark dashboard, providing a central place to view all your parking details.
- **Enforcement:** Zark empowers you to take enforcement into your own hands. If someone is in your assigned space, you can quickly report the issue directly through the Zark app. (Not available in all communities)
- **Supplemental Parking:** Zark also offers convenient options to reserve additional daily parking spaces (Zark Parking) or monthly amenities like garages and covered carports (Zark Rentals) if you need extra vehicle capacity beyond your assigned space.

Always ensure you are parked correctly in your designated lease-assigned space. If you need a temporary alternative or guest parking, Zark is here to help! For specific questions about your lease-assigned space, please contact your community's leasing office.
