Managing Your Active Zark Parking Reservation

Once active, Zark Parking reservations are set. Learn what to do if you encounter an issue with your reserved space.

Once you've made a Zark Parking reservation and it becomes active, the details of that reservation, such as the start time, end time, or assigned vehicle, cannot be modified directly within the app.

All Zark Parking reservations begin immediately upon booking to secure your space instantly.

What to do with an Active Reservation:

Your primary action for an active Zark Parking reservation in the app is to report a problem if you encounter an issue with your assigned space.

If you find an unauthorized vehicle in your reserved space, or experience another issue that prevents you from using your space, please:

  1. Open your active reservation in the Zark app.
  2. Look for the option to "Report a Problem" or "Someone's in my space."
  3. Follow the prompts to submit your report.
